GPA methodology applied:
GPA designed and delivered a tailor-made training program in Emergency Response Management, combining theoretical sessions and practical exercises based on real scenarios.
The training covered emergency organization, crisis communication, coordination with airports and external services, and family assistance management.

The program significantly improved Iberojet’s level of preparedness, strengthened internal coordination and provided teams with practical tools to manage critical situations effectively and with operational resilience.
