De nombreuses liaisons sont lanc\u00e9es sans connaissance r\u00e9elle de la demande du march\u00e9, ce qui se traduit par des op\u00e9rations non viables ou d\u00e9connect\u00e9es des besoins r\u00e9els du territoire. <\/p>\n\n<p>Chez GPA, nous sommes sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s dans la transformation des donn\u00e9es en d\u00e9cisions strat\u00e9giques qui permettent aux a\u00e9roports d&rsquo;anticiper, de r\u00e9duire les risques et d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer leur connectivit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi certains itin\u00e9raires ne fonctionnent-ils pas ?<\/h2>\n\n<p>L&rsquo;ouverture de liaisons a\u00e9riennes est souvent bas\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;intuition, les pressions commerciales ou les tendances du march\u00e9. R\u00e9sultat : des liaisons qui ferment en quelques mois ou qui ne sont jamais envisag\u00e9es, alors qu&rsquo;elles pr\u00e9sentent un r\u00e9el potentiel. <\/p>\n\n<p>Un exemple clair est l&rsquo;analyse de la capacit\u00e9 entre <strong>Orlando (MCO<\/strong> ) et <strong>Londres (LHR<\/strong>), o\u00f9 les donn\u00e9es montrent des diff\u00e9rences significatives entre l&rsquo;offre de si\u00e8ges et la demande r\u00e9elle observ\u00e9e au MIDT. Ces informations sont essentielles pour comprendre le contexte concurrentiel et prendre des d\u00e9cisions judicieuses en mati\u00e8re de planification des itin\u00e9raires. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La puissance de la combinaison de plusieurs sources de donn\u00e9es<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Pour vraiment comprendre comment un passager se d\u00e9place, il ne suffit pas d&rsquo;examiner une seule base de donn\u00e9es. Chez GPA, nous utilisons une combinaison de sources de donn\u00e9es pour d\u00e9tecter les opportunit\u00e9s cach\u00e9es : <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Connectivit\u00e9 des appareils<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Donn\u00e9es touristiques et r\u00e9servations (Point de vente)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tarifs a\u00e9riens (tarifs des billets d&rsquo;avion)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mobilit\u00e9 des transports publics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trafic a\u00e9rien indirect et saisonnalit\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Cette vision globale donne un aper\u00e7u pr\u00e9cis du comportement des voyageurs et r\u00e9v\u00e8le des sch\u00e9mas qui \u00e9chappent \u00e0 de nombreux a\u00e9roports.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Identifier les routes \u00e0 potentiel avant de les ouvrir<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>L&rsquo;un des plus grands d\u00e9fis pour les a\u00e9roports r\u00e9gionaux est de d\u00e9tecter les destinations qui font l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;une demande, mais qui ne sont pas desservies par un vol direct.
