GPA prepares technical studies and business cases for new routes, evaluating their financial, operational and market feasibility, and maintains a direct and permanent relationship with airlines and airports worldwide.   <\/p><p>It also coordinates strategic and commercial agendas, organizes institutional missions and sectoral events, and leads the preparation of the CDRA&#8217;s Strategic Plan, which is updated every four years. This plan identifies priority passenger and cargo routes to be recovered or developed, and defines the actions needed to achieve this.
