The company was founded in 1999 in Barcelona by the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce, which remains its sole shareholder. The objective was to contribute to the airport development of Catalonia, and specifically Barcelona. In early 2010, it became a leading consultancy, working on other projects at both national and international levels.
