The Seville Tourism Office needed a robust data intelligence system to support strategic decision making in air connectivity and tourism development.
The objective was to centralize, analyze and visualize large volumes of air transport data and convert it into actionable information for public institutions and the tourism sector.

GPA methodology applied:
GPA designed and implemented the Tourism Intelligence System (SIT) based on a Business Intelligence framework and data modeling. Interactive dashboards were developed, both public and internal, integrating air supply, demand and booking data.
The system includes data pipelines with monthly updates, quality control and analytical models for trend analysis, performance tracking and identification of market opportunities.
