Moltes rutes es llancen sense con\u00e8ixer realment la demanda del mercat, cosa que genera operacions poc sostenibles o desconnectades de les necessitats reals del territori. <\/p>\n\n<p>A GPA ens especialitzem a transformar les dades en decisions estrat\u00e8giques que permetin als aeroports; anticipar-se, reduir riscos i potenciar-ne la connectivitat.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Per qu\u00e8 algunes rutes no funcionen?<\/h2>\n\n<p>L&#8217;obertura de rutes a\u00e8ries se sol basar en intu\u00efcions, pressions comercials o tend\u00e8ncies del mercat. Aquests criteris, per\u00f2, no sempre reflecteixen el comportament real del passatger. <\/p>\n\n<p>Els nostres estudis mostren casos en qu\u00e8 aeroports regionals subestimen \u2013o directament desconeixen\u2013 la demanda latent cap a certes destinacions. El resultat: rutes que es tanquen en pocs mesos o que mai no arriben a considerar-se, malgrat tenir un potencial real. <\/p>\n\n<p>Un exemple clar \u00e9s l&#8217;an\u00e0lisi de capacitat entre <strong>Orlando (MCO)<\/strong> i <strong>Londres (LHR)<\/strong> , on les dades evidencien difer\u00e8ncies significatives entre l&#8217;oferta de seients i la demanda real observada a MIDT. Aquesta informaci\u00f3 \u00e9s clau per entendre el context competitiu i prendre decisions encertades a la planificaci\u00f3 de rutes. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El poder de combinar m\u00faltiples fonts de dades<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Per comprendre realment com es mou un passatger, no n&#8217;hi ha prou de revisar una sola base de dades. A GPA utilitzem una combinaci\u00f3 de fonts de dades que permet detectar oportunitats ocultes: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Connectivitat de dispositius<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dades tur\u00edstiques i reserves (Point of Sale)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tarifes a\u00e8ries (Air Ticket Fares)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mobilitat amb transport p\u00fablic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tr\u00e0nsit aeri indirecte i estacionalitat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Aquesta visi\u00f3 integral aporta una radiografia precisa del comportament del viatger i revela patrons que molts aeroports no estan veient.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Identificant rutes amb potencial abans d&#8217;obrir-les<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Un dels desafiaments m\u00e9s grans per als aeroports regionals \u00e9s detectar destinacions amb demanda, per\u00f2 sense un vol directe.
